Wild & Cultured was born during one of the most transformative seasons of my life—pregnant with my second little boy and searching for ways to better nourish myself and my growing family. I wanted more than quick fixes and processed foods. I wanted simple, intentional nourishment rooted in tradition.
What started as a personal journey quickly became a family one. As I focused on supporting my own wellness, I saw firsthand the value of slowing down, choosing quality ingredients, and incorporating traditionally fermented foods into our daily lives. Today, that same yogurt is enjoyed by me, my two boys, and families throughout our community.
Every jar of Wild & Cultured yogurt is fermented slowly for 36 hours and crafted in small batches with care. Made with simple ingredients and live cultures, it’s naturally rich in protein and nourishing fats while providing beneficial bacteria that support a healthy, balanced lifestyle and digestive wellness.
I believe food should do more than fill us up—it should connect us to tradition, bring us together around the table, and become part of the small daily rituals that help us feel our best.
